★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been asking for an xray. The staff (indian boy n the girl) told me to wait upfront and said tht they will call me. But ive been standing infront of the counter for 45minutes but still nothing. I kept asking when's gonna be my turn. They kept rejecting me n i decided to just leave.
Very very very bad customer service. How they treated their patient is not likeable .Doesnt even deserve a star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience. I was very sick (fever, vomit whole night) and went to this clinic (company panel). Waited for almost 50mins to reach my turn. But it only took 2mins to go in and out. The doctor only use the stethoscope to listen heartbeat or I don't know. And tell me it's done. WT?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst clinic experiences I have ever had. Waited since 10am, only got to see the doctor at noon, nurse called out names without varying if it is the correct patient. Was so funny when they made another patient take medication meant for me at the counter then paniced when they realised it was the wrong patient. I couldn't bare it at that point and just left. Doctor also said i was fine even though I told him I had bad case of diarrhea and was purging all night, waited for 2 hours and doctor check only took less than 5 minutes. Please don't go here. Its mainly for foreign labor

What’s the reason of the ‘ appointment’ ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom got chest pain but all the staff at registration counter said now still has another 5 patients to see doc..please la use ur commence sense,patient has chest pain u ask the patient to wait..please doc,train ur staff how to handle with patient that need urgent attention or not..we need staff with full of experience and training at ur front desk..12/6/[email protected]
