β β β β β Was not treated well in this clinic. Was scolded when asked relevant questions. Head doctor is not professional. Will not nor recommend people to come to this clinic. Very disappointing. Never have such experience in other clinics/ hospitals.

β β β β β Went and got a PCR rapid test during the noon. Nurses were not specific in describing where I should be waiting (Turns out I needed to wait at the white tent outside at the side of the road) which in turn made me wait longer than I had to. The male worker who was conducting the RTK/PCR tests at the tent was very rude. Had a glaring face, doesnβt bother looking at me when I asked him questions, etc. I want to be empathetic to the fact he was poking noses all morning but overall such a negative experience for the extra price I paid for getting a test here (180).

β β β β β Was not able to go to clinic but I manage to book online consultation with doctor shaik. was very convenient and easy. they also sent medicine to my house. Dr also consulted me on my medical check up. Very very good. Their service is the best.

β β β β β I went here today to get medical check up done for insurance purpose under the insurance company panelship.
My insurance compnay didn't give me full set of documents to be brought. The nurse at the counter was initially a little hesitant but later was so helpful and was accomodating after I showed her the Whatsapp chat with the insurance provider. I told her about my constrained schedule and she proceeded with the test and mentioned she will liaise with them the next day which will be a working day.
All the staffs who did physical measurement and the attending doctor, Dr Rao were very engaging and friendly.
I am so glad not just for the great hospitality in Poliklinik Shaik but am amazed and appreciative of the ability of the staff to fix my problem at that exact moment though my documents were inadequate from the insurance provider site and that saved me a lot of time and hassle.
Thank you Dr Shaik and team for the great work that you all are doing. ?
