First , we made appointment on 9:30a.m. for PCR test. However we wait for 2 hours outside the clinic before our turn to do the simple 1 minute test. We did ask the service counter about this situation but she told that it was because the staff had some procedure to proceed before we can do the test. I understand there's a large batch of patient doing PCR test on the day , but it shouldn't be an EXCUSE when we did appointment one day before and you should do MOST of the so call "procedure" one day before isn't it ? And what make me feel so bad is that as mentioned before, there's a large batch of patient waiting 2 hour outside , I am sure that this increase the risk of us getting Covid 19 in this situation . Please think about this.
