Employees, please speak well, but this customer doesn't seem to want to have it. Very rude. Go to the clinic where people pay instead of free !!

β β β β β What can I say, its one of the best clinic in Ipoh. Ubat nya sangat sangat ok. InsyaAllah. Tapi untuk ubat batuk macam slow sikit untuk dapat rasa lega. So ranking ubat batuk paling best ialah di Klinik Kerajaan.
Bukak 24 jam. The only problem. Terlalu ramai manusia...
What can I say, its one of the best clinic in Ipoh. The medicine is very ok. God willing. But for cough medicine like slow to get relief. So the best cough medicine ranking is at the Government Clinic.
Open 24 hours. The only problem. Too many people ...

β β β β β servis sangat teruk . datang untuk buat swab .. bila dah daftar untk swab , bg pesakit lain dlu yg dftar lambat . lps tu tanyaa dgn nada kasar , ( u apa buat kat sini ) . adab dgn pesakit Zero . doc boleh cari staff lain dah kot . mejoriti indiaa . cara bercakap dgn cust langsung zero . pergi klinik berbayar sbb nak layan elok . tapi langsung tak da adap .
very bad service. came to make a swab .. when I registered for a swab, like other patients who registered late. lps then asked in a rude tone, (what are you doing here). manners with Zero patients. doc can find other staff already. mejoriti indiaa. way of talking to cust direct zero. go to a paid clinic to be treated well. but it's not straightforward.

β β β β β Arrived 12.00++ midnight. Receptionist was very rude. (Non malay) verbally and body language. Btw this is not racist remark. I think the owner should place somebody withgood attitude as front liner. Dr who also non mly was good and very soft spoken. I appreciate the service provided by this clinic.

β β β β β the clinic has been around for 2 decades plus. My gradfather was Dato Dr Gul patient when he was based in tasek ( early 90s )and even until he died of old age, he always insisted for Dato Dr Gul because of his flexbility in knowing multiple languages and how skilled he is as a doctor. Eventually he opened his own clinic in 1999-2000 and ever since then, my parents and children always visit him and his wife Dr. Rosy.
During the whole covid saga when i was based in Jelutong, I then realized how i missed my family doctors because i visited 2 clinics and a government clinic for my knee issue and they couldnt solve it. As soon as i got back to Ipoh 2 weeks ago and meet them, my knee has been getting better and now Dato Dr Gul has a physio rehab center in Klebang as well which i have been frequenting.
Yes, there are plenty of Gps around these days , but Gps like Dato Dr Gul, his wife Datin Dr Rosy and his team must be cherished and im glad that my knee issues has been resolved because it means that i can continue to provide for my family. Thanks Dato Dr Gul , god bless you and i pray that you continue helping others for a long time to come.
Only thing to note for the Klebang branch is that it is much more busier than the main branch and for the last two weeks, i usually have to make an appointment for my knee rehab sessions. Plus he is there during certain peak hours and have to wait to see him because he has ALOT of people usually waiting for him. I have also got treatment 2 times from his partner Dr. Taufeed and he also is as good because he has been with them for 10-15 years now.
