sakit tekak & selsema. total bil RM 102. Mahalnya!!!! Resit langsung xde detail kan tiap item. so i google harga ubat yg diberi. RM 4.30 Thymol mouthwash RM 4.00 Mucolix cough syrup RM 2.00 Tempol Paracetamol 500mg RM 5.70 Carin Loratadine 10mg RM 4.00 Augmentin Amoxicillin 625mg RM82.00 Consultation ? ---------------------------- Total RM 102.00 ? So, layak 2 star sahaja lah k. sebab mahal teruk lah Doctor......

We had the flu vaccination for myself and my 3 kids since they were having promotion. only rm45 per person. Staff was friendly especially Dr. Siti who did the vaccination process. My kids were calmed by the doctor before proceeding with the vaccination. The two younger ones did cry but only for a short time. Thank you Dr Siti for your professional service. Thumbs up!!

I came in for tachycardia, chest pain, and high blood pressure (171/123 mmHg) which may be due to anxiety. The locum (?) doctor offered me an unsolicited comment on how I wouldn’t survive my housemanship as I am experiencing β€œanxiety” in medical school. Allegedly, I would be a burden to my colleagues for frequent MCs. He further talked about my lack of support system β€” one that I am confident that I am privileged enough to have strong wonderful people supporting me, more than most people could’ve dream of unfortunately. Those advice was not related to my presenting complaint, and it did more harm than offering anything good. Insulting a patient who was evidently in hypertensive urgency is not really a good bedside teaching wasn’t it? I am not a frequent MC seeker as implied, in fact this was my first time seeking an MC for β€œanxiety” because I was genuinely concerned about the chest pain and palpitations. I was being honest to the doctor, and I got stigmatised instead. I am giving the clinic 2 stars because the dispensary lady was kind and pleasant. I figured that the locum (?) doctor’s treatment towards me was probably him projecting his own experience and problem towards β€œpeople like me”. Perhaps the doctor was in need of help too if he treated a sick patient by insinuating that she’d be a burden when the said patient was clearly in sickness. Usually, I would let these kind of lack in communication skills go. But as I reflected back, I should not have been treated that way. I was not feeling well when I walked into the clinic, and it was evident from my vital signs results. I was a patient who paid and trust that her doctor would reassure and treat her. My dynamic in the consultation room was not of a medical student/senior doctor relationship. It was supposed to be a doctor/patient relationship. I hope by me writing this feedback, it would lead to a better treatment and communication skills toward your clinic’s future patients. I wish you the best. Thank you.
