★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good, front desk staff are the worst. They are incompetent at best and one of em even laughed at me when I asked the expected wait time before heading there with an urgent case of vomiting. After laughing at me, she said and I quote ''How can I tell you this thing? Is not my knowledge to know this thing so how can I tell you how long to wait?''. Proceed only if you don't have an emergency. Otherwise, you will get laughed at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit with good experience and doctors are good . call to verify something and one of the female staff are so rude , I just want to reconfirm something and asking in polite way , firstly the male staff pick up and all good , talk nicely . When pass to the female staff , she talk so loud and the way she talk like I’m doing something wrong . Really don’t feel well , early morning get this kind of service . Not even trying to solve problem with customer just throw back the problems to me .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family lives in Connaught, so if we feel unwell we will visit a doctor at the DR. Wong Clinic. Dr.Siew on Duty. He is good doctor, experienced, patience in explanation. But the workers in front desk super rude n not honest. Its dropped the whole image in this clinic. Make me don’t wanna go this clinic again despite having very good doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here for almost 20 years for all smaller and bigger issues, from Dr Wong to Dr Siew, all doctors are really good doctors who doesn't simply treat or prescribed, the medications they prescribed works very well and treats exactly your problem. The staffs are not rude, they are being very efficient and do things fast, which is exactly what you need when you're sick, you don't want to wait forever inside a clinic full of other sick persons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is very nice, sweet and professional. Reception staffs are fine except the mid-aged lady with glasses. She so rude, no manners and lack of patience to all the patients. She likes to yall at ppls,even to elders,very unprofessional. If not Dr Siew I won't come back to that clinic again. Hope she get fired soon?
