β β β β β Bring my aunt for Covid-19 Booster Vaccination, the nurse at the reception was good, confirmed the vaccine type with them.
But when we enter the treatment room, the doctor didn't explain at all and just show us the syringe and jabbed not even showing us the vaccine bottle. The doctor's attitude is really ruining our mood and this seems not the professional way.

β β β β β Last 2 weeks me and my wife went for vaccination booster inj , there are people waiting , nurse is kindly arrange some people waiting outside to maintain social distancing follow SOP . we got our turn quite soon .Dr. explained very clear and inj professional way and fast. Thanks Doctor and nurses. will recommend to friends

β β β β β Asked if doctor is in before entering, the girl at the counter said yes. After waited for 30mins and asked if there's patient inside coz I saw one person came out from the room quite some time, but the girl said yes and asked to wait.
Another 10mins passed, she said the doctor is coming back from breakfast. Not even say sorry.
Please understand that we are sick, and you lied to us?
I would rate 0 star if I could.

β β β β β Last week went for vaccination booster inj,i'm so happy with the Dr Khor,everyone there is incredibly kind,helpful,knowledgeable and eager to help with whatever need you have,Dr Khor are funny with the kids and patients but also very professional, honest and forthright.
they handle everything in a very timely manner and are very reassuring with any worry we may have,i couldn't be happier with the service i get there.

β β β β β Dr Joel is not professional and do not explain why no soft copy of PCR result out and have to collect hardcopy. The clinic did not inform and delay to inform the result. Called and Chinese clinic assistant mentioned very busy and not free to check and inform. Clinic assistant Ms Gomathy is very friendly and kept on explaining n help to ask doctor. But the doctor Dr Joel is not professional at all. Ban this clinic!
Last Friday 25/2 Dr Khor allowed 2 person to go in consultation room but today Dr Joel donβt allow it. Double standard and they donβt have proper SOP. Other patients waiting also took off masks and clinic assistants didnβt do anything about it.
