★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ask how this place even work. All you have to do is, keep your ears open, and eyes wide out for any possible and rational ride so that you won't go off the schedule and maybe not even end up where you would like to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CW bus berth disorganised! Waited for bus at 52T berth to Gelang Patah for 30mins n the 52T actually left the terminal from another berth! We end up having to take taxi as the next 52T bus would take another 2 hours wait!!!! So from Rm5 both of us had to pay Rm50!!!@!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even is a small bus terminal, still they had bus company that can go to all state from north until south of semenanjung Malaysia , just their route choice , schedule is very limited and usually bus took longer time (compare to larkin terminal) to travel till destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, obviously need a lot of improvement regarding the cleanliness of the toilet and around the bus station. Not so interesting, very boring and just plain dull. Not suitable to wait for your bus any longer than half an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a spacious, clean and new terminal with plenty of spaces for the buses. covered waiting area, food stalls facing the street instead of the bus parking area - cleaner and no bus engines noise. many hotels including budget hotel around the terminal for those needing a place to stay. unfortunately many of the food stalls open quite late so get your breakfast elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no waiting room is comfortable, hot, and some of the counter ticket staff is unfriendly.
if you are traveling alone like me, you need more research from the internet, ask the internet for the information where you want to go, but the bus is really on time.
