I requested to change the kettle inside my room because it is so old that when the water boils, it couldn't switch off by itself, also when I tried to turn off the on/off button on the kettle, my fingers got almost burned despite the button made from plastic. Also I requested for shower foam because the one inside the room is already half used, but I didn't even get it also. Until the day I checked out also they didn't change for me. When I checked out, it was 8am. The receptionist told me to send the receipt to the room next door, but when I went out from the building, there's no receptionist room except the security room. Should have told me to send the receipt to the security room instead of saying next room. Not only that, there's no WiFi in the room, even though the package stated WiFi included. Bad service! I won't come again. I won't recommend anyone to come here also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is nice actually. The room is also nice but there is no astro only for Mypreview tv. Its suitable for family or golfers and those who have the transportation but for those who dont have the transportation is not really recommendation. The shop is totally far away around 1 km and not in a walking distance. Have to book the cab or ride the grab car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly golf course for beginners and seniors because you can drive up to the green! RM 70 only for a round of 18 holes. The mamak mee goreng is fantastic. The staff are very friendly. Hotel room rates are seriously affordable but don't expect too much OK! Just be happy with what you are paying for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Planned to stay with family. First impression of the room worst! Heard noises at night and had to check out in the middle of the night as none of us could sleep! Rooms were smelly and dusty. Bathroom was clogging and bad smell from the bathroom filled the entire room. Laguna beach was about 10 mins far from this hotel and can find some restaurants nearby. Otherwise it’s a total waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a buffet at one time during ramadhan here. They dont refill much. And certain worker, they only had to make that abc (all ingredient is there, unopened), but they refuse to use the ingredient, instead offering us just the ice and the colouring only. Its not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As basic as you can get. But you get what you paid for. It is a good night stay. For the price it is good value for money. I paid RM109 during last minute plan. There is no lift, stairs quite steep since my room was on the 3rd floor.
