★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This happens 2 time recently!! Your staff has put the delivery attempts in my mailbox but before they put the note they didn't call me and also my security always helping all the residents receive parcel and security just sit right to the mailbox!!
Obviously your staff didn't do they our duty, first I'm home whole day and no one call me, secondly they not even talk to my security if they do my security will definitely help to acknowledge!! This happen 2 time recently, if seem like they write the note at office and just drop it to mailbox!! Sorry this is not acceptable and I dont have time everyday go visit poslaju and collect my parcel everyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor delivery service. Runner never called me to pick up the item, then when i check online I need to pick up my item at Pos Laju segambut. So, whats the point I pay for delivery charge then I need to self pick up. And, last time when I go there to pick up my item they said the item still not there and I need to come again after a few days. It waste my time!!Pos laju need to take action of this Segambut Branch because it happen many times.

Dropped off a Melaka-bound parcel on Wednesday afternoon and asked the clerk whether it would reach the following day. Answer: tak tentu lah. His colleague went one better: Hari ini sudah Rabu, lusa Jumaat, lepas tu hujung minggu lagi, barangkali Isnin baru sampai.
Whatever happened to collection, distribution and despatch schedules???? Or did such things never exist???? And what?? : 4-day work weeks????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always had the same problem with this branch. I live at a condo, and they always claim that the recipient is unreachable. I'm always at home and they never call, let alone left a miss call. I also check with my security guard because they always keep the parcels, they always say no post man came from poslaju today. So what's the point of me paying the shipping fee. I can't even request for resend, I have to go self collect. They are a bunch of lazy staff who are not being truthful about their delivery. Poslaju you can do better, actually I seriously don't care. Not ever using your service again.

Trust me when I say this guys... Do NOT go here. This is by far the worst Poslaju in Klang Valley (KL/SEL). These people wanted me to pay an extra rm8 ON TOP of the rm6 which I already paid for my prepaid consignment package. The reason given: my prepaid package is the rm6 one, which is the older package and one which they don't use anymore. Lol. Wth? What do you mean? I Didn't know prepaid packages had an EXPIRY date as to when it should be used by. The girl at the counter, who claims that all the staff there are new, called her more senior poslaju staff (presumably out of office on holiday or something) to enquire about whether my prepaid package can be used still or not. She had to call this senior twice because she herself was unsure. Finally she told me I have to pay rm8 to post it. Why should I pay rm8 when I have already paid rm6 for a prepaid package (albeit from some years ago)??
I got out of there and Waze'd to a different Poslaju (Pos Malaysia Jalan Kuching). About 1.5km away from this one. Got there and the lady working seemed to know what she was doing. Told me nicely that even though my rm6 prepaid parcel package is old, that it can still be used at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Gave me a new consignment tracking slip to fill up (because mine was the old one) and stamped it. Done.

Jangan pergi ke Pos Laju Segambut ni. Pos Laju paling mengarut. Percaya lah. Diorang semuanya konon orang baru kerja. Tah2 sbb staf lama (yg juga tidak bagus) semuanya sudah dibuang. Tak tahu la. Ni spekulasi je... sbb org perempuan yg handle saya tadi kata dia dan rakan2 kerja dia semua baru di Poslaju Segambut ni. Tak lama lagi rasanya semua yg kerja skrg akan kena buang dan ditukar dengan muka2 baru skali lagi. Semua tak competent. Takleh fikir guna otak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very useless staffs, came here all the way to collect my parcel but they just told me item is here since a week ago but they can't check the status hence I have to go home and wait for the delivery. Told me it is not their job to check the delivery, basically they just read the shipping status from the tracking system. Unbelievable service quality by the national courier. Waste of time to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service at the finest! The parcel hub reminds me of a classic airport check in counter! I was attended by such a friendly female attendee who helped me with my delivery. They do handle document posting as well. Parking was a little limited but not a hectic place, since it is quite away from the busy Segambut town, but not crowded at all. To me, I wouldn't mind coming back to this hub just for their fast service!
