★ ★ ★ ★ ★ included detailed address but nobody came and i found out it has been received, no call or whatsoever.. did they even double check the address and phone number? I've got no choice to choose different courier when i checked out my items ,cause it's stated as standard delivery..how unfortunate,i never wanna use poslaju cause there have been many problems, only one person is decent so far in my experience with poslaju, the others weren't professional and the latest didn't even double check the item? please cari pekerja yg tahu jaga amanah orang ,pekerja yg nak kerja dengan baik bukan tangkap muat , orang lain yg terima padah macam mana ni.. that's why most people use other courier now..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small parcel use 1 week time still cannot send for me and the track record keep show the item already at pos laju store 3 days ago. When u plan to send it out? Your sop said in MCO time will take 3 - 5 days for dosmetic item, now already 1 week still cannot reach. Please don't cheating customer and give customer empty promise.

And my post code 09000 , how come send to 08000 (sungai Petani) !

The post office on Bakar Arang have moved to Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Makmur.. The staff is really friendly and service is fast too ♥ for a shopee seller like me it's very convenient to go here..
