★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call tak pernah jawab.. tracking number tak update. Sedih betul la servis macam ni.. fikir la sikit orang lain nak barang urgent. Aku pakai courier lain 3 4 hari dah sampai. Pakai poslaju seminggu sangkut. Apa kejadahnya ni.. menyesal aku pakai poslaju kat rompin ni.. first and last. Sebelum ni orang dah pesan kat aku takyah guna poslaju rompin sekarang baru tahu kenapa. Kalau mcm ni cara kerjanya baik tak payah buka cawangan kat rompin. Menyusahkan orang je. Pihak pengurusan tak fikir cara untuk penambahbaikan ke? Aku letak 1 bintang ni pun terpaksa sebab nak review punya pasal. Elok takyah bagi bintang langsung!
Call never answered .. tracking number not updated. It's really sad that he services like this .. he thinks a few other people want urgent items. I'm using another courier 3 4 days has arrived. Wear a week-long post. What the hell is this .. sorry I use poslaju kat rompin ni .. first and last. Before this, people have told me not to use rompin poslaju, now I just know why. If this is how it works then don't have to go to the branch. Trouble people. Management does not think of a way to improve? I put this 1 star also because I want to review the article. It's good to have a live star!

2nd time to use this rompin express post, tpi goods never nk send sruh amik yourself ... j & t can send jer kat smpai kat kampung..bila pos laju jer tell amik sendri, klau tk amik mmg terlap lah barang kaw kat sana?
