β β β β β WORST POST OFFICE EVER. They cant deliver our parcel even we have provided the full address. Other courier have no problem. This POS MALAYSIA return back the parcel to the sender without any notice!

β β β β β Nice Post Malaysia HQ, big and spacious, fast service. Also have kiosk at Dayabumi Complex and mini shop nearby for quick shopping for stamp and package products. Accessible to go there via LRT Pasar Seni. Love the place ?

β β β β β Came here to pick up a package that wasnβt able to receive at home. The pick up area is on the ground floor, so you have to use the elevator from main entrance to go 2 floors down. There are many offices there for different purposes, since itβs a massive post office building, but people are very friendly and will direct you. Waited 5 minutes and got my package. All good.

β β β β β Item already arrived at post office and item was sitting there for so many days but they didnβt mail it out. Contacted POS Malaysia and they said βitβs still within delivery periodβ since itβs already there why cannot mail out? Must wait for delivery period to end then you mail out?? Iβve never heard of this before!

β β β β β Item was not delivered but mark delivered to oversea sender. Did not notify receiver and only call to find out delivery unsuccessful! Cannot answer why unsuccessful and ask to self collect or re delivery attempt at their convenience. There is parcel receiving open 24/7 at receiver residence and yet unsuccessful delivery? Terrible and shameful service for the price we paid to get things delivered

β β β β β Hi Pos Laju, I'm extremely frustrated with your service! In the past 2 years, I have been working from home 100% and yet each and every time I received a note mentioning 'You were not home'! Firstly, we paid for the door to door delivery service but you only providing notification service. Secondly, this is not efficient at all. I have to arrange a time to self collect from your branch. Lastly and most importantly, it resulted delay and alot of delay! I have been avoiding using your service however the decision is not with me and the above is what I have to deal with. My recommendation is you should really really really IMPROVE on your service or STOP offering delivery service!
