β β β β β if I could give a zero star to this restaurant, I would do it. Posh Cafe is the worst restaurant in terms of their service. I have made an order through Grabfood, and upon receiving my order, the dishes turned out to be cold. I had already made a complain to their staff and they promised to get back to me later on. Staff were however very inattentive and did not bother I keep me updated. I have managed to get in touch with the boss of Posh Cafe. He was the rudest owner I have encountered.
and I want to tell the boss of Posh:
don't you Dare to lecture me in that manner as a customer who is willing to order from your low quality store.. being in customer service talking in that tone, you are disqualified to be in this industry. I you don't bother to answers my complain since yesterday until today when I called your cafe, second you deny your food is cold and lecture me and deny everything.... you even put all the the blame to the grab deliver. You are such a jerk and low class.

β β β β β This cafe is great. Didn't know it until Google suggested the place to me while I search for nice cafe to do my work. Very relaxing! The Staff is very friendly, good service, food is good, music is nice, barista is skillful and coffee is great! Recommended!

β β β β β Its a nice and cozy place. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food tastes good too. I had their Angry Arrabbiata. My boyfriend had the Pesto Mushroom. Their coffee is quite nice too. A bit towards the acidic side.
We came in the afternoon, so there were plenty of parking reserved for their customers. Not sure how it will be at night because they have a bar next door.

β β β β β The environment is very good and clean. The cappuccino taste nice. I also order a long black without sugar. It is bitter. They close at 6pm

β β β β β Canteen food. Croque madamme is a joke! The bread is hard, not fresh. Anyway, coffee is good and food looks nice on pictures with the colourful flowers as decoration.

β β β β β Nice place, nice ambiance, total fail on the service side of it. Not only is it troublesome to get parking as there are limited lots but you have to register with the security which takes time.
When we arrive no one even took notice of us or were there to assign us a seat. After seating, we waited for 20 minutes and no one came to take our order until I had to personally head to the counter to ask the waitress and she only kept saying they are busy, despite there only being five occupied tables, half of which were already served or near finishing their meals.
No offer of serving drinks first while waiting or even apologising for forgetting a customer. When ordering there were a lot of menu items but when asked many of the items were not available, some even needed longer time to prepare but did not mention it in the menu. So unfortunately we decided that if they were not interested in our business we 'd take it elsewhere. Can't comment on the food as we never even got to that part yet. But no one even bat an eye or apologised for their part as we left.
There was only a single waitress serving the entire place and all we were ever told we were busy, though it did not seem as such. Once you see service this bad, i would suggest there are better places to have your meals nearby. Would not be coming back ever. Pity though the place has potential, at least in terms of looks.

β β β β β We were there for Sunday brunch just before noon. There were only one patron then. There were 4 of us but only 2 sets of menu were offered and the waitress came back in 10 mins to take our orders. Our food & drinks were served in approx 20mins. Food presentation is good, portion larger than those cafes in the city. Mushroom spaghetti carbonara, Egg Benedict, Chicken Spaghetti & Mushroom Toasties were all good. Would prefer wholemeal seaded bread over Shibuya bread for the Egg Benedict dish. The coffee avocado smoothie doesnt taste as creamy as advertised. Rose latte was a good choice with just the right hint of rose flavour and not too overpowering coffee. Would be nice if they could add a slice of lemon in our plain water. Not much option for dessert, there was only red velvet cake on the counter. Overall, the cafe is cosy with lots of plants indoor, fairy lights on the ceiling and nice soft background music. Good place to chill with friends or family. Price is reasonable, parking either outdoor limited or register with the security to park in the building foc.
