I personally requested a "director cut" and I expect it to be a good cut since it's cut by no other but the owner of saloon. I really regret it as the cut was so horrible. The layer she cut is simply so disproportionate and left my hair looking so messy and thin. Also, I asked for root retouched as well and it came out like it's not retouch! The root of my hair is still a lot darker than my grown hair.
No doubt the saloon's price range is cheap but it's not a good job. I rather spend more in expensive saloon as I wasted my money in this saloon.
JUST DON'T GO!
