★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pick up time from 1 till 4 pm. a lot of customer working at that time. who can go yr hub to take package? sometimes sunday didnt open, terrible service. didnt called or inform customer when they are not at home. I often ask me seller not to use pos laju service. the worse courier i ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please improve the service. If you want to come deal with customer. U all have phone. Like DHL jnt. Then when customer in toilet unable to pick up phone by the time you come, then she call you back. No answer then you leave. Please reschedule back. If all customer can take pick up item, we won't use the service delivery. We use pick up service. Lol.
