★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience with one of the personell at the collection counter. Went there for pickup and told him that it was a big consingment and not a registered letter but he insisted that it was a letter. And he went on and on looking for the consignment at the small basket full of registered letters. Later he giving up and said that my parcel still with the delivery driver when in fact it was at the collection centre. Later in the day they called that it was their mistake and I need to go to the collection centre the next day. The other personell insisted that it was a registered letter. Until someone brought the parcel down then they only admit that it was a parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel was left there for almost a day but still no delivery update.... My previous orders were fine and were delivered to me a few hours later after they arrived at the delivery facility.... Why suddenly become slow? Maybe because of the peak season and 11.11 sales day....but thank god my parcel isnt something im needing urgently. Whatever it is, Im still hoping for a better improvement from poslaju melaka tho... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ items stuck at pos laju for 1 week never out for delivery. According to the tracking system my parcel is at pos laju Melaka but when i go for self collection the staff mention my parcel is not there. disappointed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still not delivered my item after nearly a week. Tried to collect it myself and the courier is closed without notice. Come on pos laju. Don't make us wait like this. I know maybe it is due to mco but still, let us know. I called several times and no answer at all. Bad service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's shut down! I went there to send parcels but when I reaced there, the building was empty. They even had the signboards down. Wish Google could update about this PosLaju's closure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drivethrough service is extremely time wasting. Even one car could take 20 mins to settle. Here is the picture of me waiting until i got the idea to leave review for you guys.
Please do something. Upgrade your system or something. Too slow.
There’s this one time, I almost got kicked out just because you guys want to close early eventhough i have been queeing for the past one hour.
