Call 20 times also won't pick up the call... Better find other service provider

they never send me my parcel , never left a notice for me as well , then ask me to self collection 0 star

Really SLOW! Reached Kulai on 9th and till 19th haven't see my parcel! Perhaps Raya so its slower but this is too slow!! Calls but never pick up?? What happened?

Actually I want to give NO star! Idiot courier company in the world! Sent poslaju 5 days before from Melaka to JB, but until now still yet to receive. Called to help line always no body pick up the phone, super lousy and slow service, how can u challenge the world class company? POS Malaysia suck!

Short operating counter hours.

Very poor service from poslaju. I was calling poslaju hotline for twice today to follow up. First time I called has already took 20 mins to wait for a customer service representative to pick up my call and then after that my call was being declined. What the xx?! Then second time I called it took 12 minute to pick up my call. They check and told me that for my information, my parcel was at Kulai lagenda distribution centre (able to collect if I personally visit) and even if am not going to collect that also my parcel will be delivered to my hand by today 6.30pm. But what I get is nothing. I even went to the distribution centre at 4pm to check whether they have departed out to deliver my parcel or not. When I arrived at 4pm, they said that the delivery man has went out for delivery. Alright fine, then I just come back to my house and sit there waiting for my parcel to be delivered. Then when the time is about 6.10pm, my parcel is not delivered to me also. Then I think no choice I must make a trip to the distribution centre for self pick up. End up, the centre is closed but gate is open for some other staff to come in for their off work duty. I entered and asked whether has all the delivery man came back to the distribution centre so that I can make sure my parcel is safe. However, what I get is that , when I entered, there were some impolite workers has simply chase me out from the place by their rude hand gesture (go out). They even said "oi, x de parcel , kalau x de tu x de ". I was like WHAT THE FXXK ?! is this the manner that poslaju should uphold towards their customers? Please educate your staff to be honest and don't simply give hope to us by simply bluffing my parcel will be delivered today. Shxtty company , this is already not the first time, if I can choose, I will definitely not choosing Poslaju to deliver my shopee items. I would rate -5 stars if I can. Strongly not recommended! Slow delivery service and poor attitude I have ever seen!
