Sgt2 xpuashti with the staff post speed hri 1/1/16 at counter 4..when he asked the postman to move the parcel to the door and asked for it to be closed 2.5mpm .. ktanya kul 3pm dh xambk..hrini pnye story..tggu dh an hour..last2 ktanya ambk tp post tomorrow..mcm this to the gg management..bleh ckp bright & clear .. "sorry madam kta ambk lgi only post tomorrow" kan cm cm..mbazir ms wait mcm tu lama last2 blah mcm tu jer..tolongla upgrade ur system..kaunter bkk 2 jer..klien bkn main rmi..amat disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really mad about the counter service and pls to change the attitude .The staff have a really bad attitude to customers ,their face was like I owe them about fifty thousand ringgit for many years .I smile with them, talk with the staff nicely and they just give me a bad face bad service like that .i don't understand ,there are also a lot of bad reviews for the staff service at this Permas Jaya Post Office but why the authority don't take any change ? We are customer that just want to settle our own things but not to go and looking for the staff bad mood bad service .I hope the staff can change their bad attitude don't ruin your customer feeling like that, maybe there got some staff really service customer nicely but due to those bad mood faces staff the nice staff get scolded together even they didn't do anything wrong.Did I need to pray hardly for this post office and the staff to be better and nice for customers if the authority didn't take any effective way to change for better services?
