Please don’t buy from this shop. No stock for my order but never inform me, waited for 1 week then try to contact them via fb msg and email because no contact number can be found in their website, after few days only reply me. They asked for bank account to refund due to no stock. Okay, i provided my bank account and they still don’t reply me, is this a company who cheat money? What we can do for this! Further action will be taken if still no respond from You.

Scammer alert. Attracted by their free delivery offer and extra $20 store credit if I deposit $100. Place an order for a few item. 3weeks on, I received 4 item out of 8. Potboy did not inform me their delivery date or stock that is unavailable. 3weeks already. How can item like ‘Kawan Puff Pastry’ be out of stock for 3weeks? If I ask for refund, I will loose a percentage of my money after minus the item I received base on ‘their policy’. Why not full refund?? This is so unfair. My advice is, stay away from this company. You will regret it. ???????❌❌❌

Scam alert!! u pay them cash, item not available they force u to take store credit even over RM 50....worst experience ever, almost 70% chance items not available, so u will get a lot store credit....... customer service chat keep pushing here and there....

Very very slow delivery, delivery status not updated in details, stock always out of stock although showing available online. Customer support cant provide latest accurate info. Very disappointing system and service.

The worst E-commerce experience in Malaysia. Ordered 1st time and they called after two weeks saying most of items out of stock and could not deliver. Need to fill up a link for refund which took more than one month to get the amount back in my account. Ordered 2nd time, they took ten days to deliver the items but then only managed to send 3 out of 8 items. Was told that they will send other items later. But when I checked on the website, they already refunded the leftover items. Even then, they did not properly refund missing orders to my account. The items delivered were also in bad shapes, that you won't even take it from the shelves at supermarket. All the customer service lines are UNREACHABLE. Please improve your service or don't do business at all!

Never ever going to buy from this vendor again. Posts up items that they don't have in stock and make you wait for your groceries for 2 friggin weeks! Should have checked Google reviews before ordering. It was on Facebook and thought it was ok, NNNOOOOOO!!! Friggin regret! People AVOID THIS!! Update: If Google Reviews allows NEGATIVE STARS AND DISLIKE, I'd be doing that. Chat room that doesn't reply. Emails unattended. That's what you get. Update#2, ordered 3 bars of soap to finish up my store credit on September 2nd, on 28th September, received notice order cancelled because they cannot fulfill, so it takes about a month to realise they don't have stock. Update#3, Ordered a different brand soap on 11th October, let's see how long now. Hahahahaha, freakkiinn useless. Update#4, forgotten about Update#3 because no news at all and we are already in April. Looks like already gone. Btw they're opening up stores all over the place, I'd think twice

I ordered online, have to wait for 2 months just to found out that the product is unavailable and just now I checked on the site theyre still displaying the product. After that they didnt refund me the money and forcefully giving me shopping credit as a refund through sending me an email about it expecting me to still use their service. The worst part is I didnt receive the item, a refund or any shopping credit till now.

Placed order for 3 items, all items were shipped out separately. First item received with no issue, second item is an expired item(refer to attached image). Third item seller could not process the delivery and initiated refund as credit back to platform’s wallet(balance of RM50 is required to be able to do withdrawal request). I have no confident to make future purchase via Potboy and looking forward to have the refund credit to my grabpay account or online transfer instead.
