★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place ever since I bumped into the area one day while exercising. The great part is THE COFFEE. Rm1 for a cup of coffee is really good and the coffee is great. I have tried the white coffee, the Americano and the teh tarik and all three of this are superb.
Just for Rm1, you can refill as much you want as long it’s on the same day you bought the cup.
What more can I ask when you have a good coffee which is really affordable and especially in this pandemic times where nobody can sit or dine in at any shops but lucky for this coffee machine that satisfies all the craving especially you coffee addicts or lovers out there.
I am also impress that Eddie comes from a banking background and that even more excites me as a X banker myself.
In terms of improvement, I would suggest to have a bin put outside the shop so that one will not throw the cups after usage and nobody will end up dirtying the neighbors lot.
As for what I read about how the staffs are to be in their customer service and way of approach....I have seen some nice workers over here who also chit chat and knows how to acknowledge a customer but there are some that I have seen who needs training as they don’t say anything to customers when customers walk in. I have notice two people already here one a Malay guy with long hair big size and another Malay guy on the big built who wears a cap. I just hope that quick training will correct them before they spread the contagious bad service to other staffs that are doing well.
