โ โ โ โ โ I booked a package to Hanoi with POTO Travel and Tours for a 5D4N duration.
The tour leader, Atiqah, is sweet, approachable, kind and accommodating to all guests. She was with her sister and mother on this trip but her attention and services were professional and amicable across the board.
Her rapport with the local tour leader, Tony or Toan, was great and makes the trip an efficient and a joyous one. It was a full-board package and the accommodation, food and itinerary was just spot-on and fun.
Atiqah is easy to get along with, and is generous to the extent of paying for our coffee. She even lent me her universal charger on the last day of the trip as my charger was dysfuntional.
She is always on time and made all prior arrangements, on accommodation as well as, meals. The combination of both Atiqah and Tony, the local tour leader, makes the running of the trip smooth and fun.
Atiqah even took the challenge of kayaking at the Luan Cave in Halong Bay.
It was a fantastic trip and I hope to join POTO Travel in the future. Congratulations to Atiqah and POTO for a great getaway in Hanoi and Halong Bay.
