★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best part of the gym is there flexible timings and hours. Its opens Around 10 am in the morning and closes up at 12 Pm in night. No gym in hsr stays open till 10 either so no matter how late I get at work, I always end up at gym and complete my work

Respond to the reply: Please, who's with the bad attitude here now? I'm giving a feedback for your gym and you are talking back to your customers like this? I went to your gym in the morning and it stinks and you telling me is our fault that the toilet is smelly? What kind of irresponsible gym owner are you? I don't smell stinky smell from other gym, I only smell the sweaty smell in your gym. Please, stop tai chi your mistakes to other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have staff that doesn't let you drop the weights even slightly , plus it's stuffy as hell as if opening the windows will cost them money.
Edit: Yeah mr owner keep taking feedbacks with this attitude, go tell everyone to drop deadlift gently without any noise. If your outlet can't handle the noise then you probably should have thought about this before opening a gym in such a building? Try and learn to accept advice from your customers :) Oh and i definitely will not ever come here as there are better gyms around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ signs are posted everywhere. we also have personal trainers and the staff are friendly if asked politely and will be more than happy to help. unfortunately there will always be that "person" who will not listen and argue back. for the safety and comfort of our resident members and patrons, we will take the necessary actions to make the matter ends swiftly. and of course google reviews are mostly one sided story and NOT to be abused. if there are issues, use the proper channel and liaise directly with the management. so, come over, have proper etiquette and be considerate to follow the rules, it will be a pleasant journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i love coming here! the staff are very protective to make sure i have peace of mind when i workout! some boys will try to impress banging and make loud noises but the staff will immediately tell them to please be considerate of others especially when there are ladies! and the trainers are very friendly too! great place for ladies!
