Yet to recover from pandemic. Prime centre easy to reach. Construction of lrt3. Soon it wll move to active business centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel parking ONLY has the option for Touch & Go entry. Even the surrounding parking lots at the Boulevard requires Touch & Go. No option for ticket. Not to mention there are zero reload kiosk at all in the property. If you are coming here for the first time for MICE events beware. Min balance required in the card is RM10. Hotel parking should not be mandatory for TnG only. How if there was an issue with the machine and it penalize the card holder?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel.. only issue with signage to get into lobby n parking area especially at night and for first timer due to construction outside the hotel perimeter.. pls provide a clear direction or signage so that guest won't waste their time to find the entrance.

Stayed here for a night. The receptionist was helpful. Got complementary snacks between 6 pm to 8 pm. Breakfast was okay. Lots of parking spaces (free if you're a guest). And the room was comfortable.
The not so good:
The room was nice, just that I found two strands of hair on the pillow. One of the towel has like rusty stains on it. The fridge was also not that clean either with dust and strands of hair inside. The cups were also not that clean with some coffee residue. Some staffs are not that "friendly" (my perception on this "friendliness" level maybe skewed since a day before my stay here, I stayed at Grandis Hotel, Sabah, which has superb hospitality).
But, I would still recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a surprise booking from my brother since my family and I arrived very late from Kedah. The hotel is located at quite strategic place since it was surrounded by Aeon and Lotus's hypermarkets. The spoiled issue is, so far, it's entrance due to the construction of LRT3 tracks. I enjoyed the stay and I found that rooms equipped with additional LAN cable, an iron and a hair dryer. Maybe it a good choice for those who are looking for a room that is useful for both business and leisure purposes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay here for 2nd time at 2-4/5/22 because 1st stay we were satisfied with the service. Not the 2nd time.
1. One of the bed sheet got much stain.
2. They forgot to make-up room even I requested to the lobby before went on shopping.
3. Maybe lack of staff and high occupancy during festive day.. But thats not an escuse for such a big hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for business trip, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. However, during my stay, the television is not functioning and was told that there are some problem and their maintenance team are trying to solve the problem. It took two days until i check out. The television still cannot be watched. My stay is from 16-18 March 2022. Hence my rate is 3 stars since the television is malfunction. Television is needed while im in the room especially at night ?
