Variety of printing solutions on top of the normal stationery items. Very helpful and friendly staff. Prices for stamp making are competitively priced. Also can do lamination here. Quick service

Customer service was much much better than their nearby competitors... friendly staff and goods are quite complete too. If you have an office around this area, you should try out this stationary shop... no doubt, will support them again in the near future. Keep it up ?

What is there not to love about stationary shops. I had to laminate my roadtax so no need to tampal dekat cermin kereta. A6 size for RM1.50. Puas hati dh settle. Friendly crew and neatly done laminating my roadtax.

Rebbeca is one perfect person to handle everything for us so smoothly . Her service is extremely good and professional. She manage every request with minimal instruction. We have been printing and buying stuff since 2017. Never once she failed or made an mistake . Thank you and keep it up .

I recently bought an item from the respective outlet at 12pm on 22/1/2021, went home at about 4pm on the same day and realised that the item was faulty. Therefore I decided to go back to the shop for replacement, after the email that I sent regarding the matter was not responded to. Though partly it is my fault because I did not ask for a receipt as proof of purchase, but how the two of your staff members handled it was very unprofessional. I inquired in a civilised manner, I did not raise my voice or anything, I just went in and asked whether I could get the item replaced in a normal tone of voice. Shockingly, the staff behind the counter started raising her voice at me, and the staff that initially sold me the item, in the first instance ignored me when I came in and tried to talk to her and just pretended to not care and when she did, both just end up solely accusing me of breaking the item on purpose. Both kept talking over me, and did not show any kind of respect towards me and tolerance towards the situation. Both just went on accusing me of breaking the item on purpose simultaneously. Consequently, to stop being shouted at, I highlighted my initial reason for my second visit of the day, that is to get the item replaced and when your staff declined, I said, "Never mind," and walked out of the store. It's a shame to see this kind of behaviour from a reputable stationery shop.

Can online (email or WhatsApp) send over documents before go there. Speed up time to pick up documents. Pricing not obvious but fair price. Parking is very challenging, you might need to double parking at roadside with emergency lights. Service still OK, not too bad, but can be improve.
