A new and beautiful shop, polite customer service, and will respond while confirming properly. It's a good idea to make a reservation in advance. There is a male staff who can speak a little Japanese. Every time I go, I feel that it is evolving by incorporating advanced technology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pushy sales approach. They insist on pushing their treatment to you. I wasn't the only customer they push the treatment to. Really felt that they lack proper customer service skills.. Definitely won't recommended this place as there are many other better ones in town.

Not need waste of time by giving kind suggestion and hard sell the treatment to the customer. The stylist insisted won’t do any service for you if this does not include treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very money minded hair salon. If you are only having haircut, they don’t quite entertain you unless you are having any other hair services like perm, colouring or treatment. Double standard service treatment. Not recommended. Definitely not going back again for sure. Disappointed.
