Finally, I am honoured and happy to own the DateJust piece fr Prestige Watch after the earlier bad experience with the sales personnel.

What a horrible experience with Prestige Watch @ Time Square
On 18/4/2022, while I was happily pop in to Prestige Watch wanted to buy the Rolex DATEJUST 36 (which i decided after 10 days' consideration). To my horror the way the sales personnel attended to me was not professional but also have horrible attitude in underminding my ability in getting the piece (especially the sales lady).
It was not my 1st visit purchase from Prestige Watch. But my 2nd visit because I had firm up to get the piece on this day.
The sales personnel not only jack up the price from my 1st visit as agreed RM 52,000.00. On top of that, the sales lady was unprofessional and not presentable in carrying herself in attending to my question at all.
I did also call to the Prestige Watch's PIC from the shop but unfortunately he cannot be reached nor respond to my dissatisfaction as a customer.
Conclusion is, I will never step in to the Prestige Watch on my 3rd visit nor introduce to anyone for it and indeed a horrible experience which I never encountered before.

Made several purchases and sales here over the last 2 years and I must say it's the one of the few dealerships that provide an honest and straightforward service.
More importantly, the prices are fair, so every visit will be a fruitful, if not, pleasant one!
PS - The owner, Kenny, is well spoken and speaks fluent English - a prerequisite for me when dealing with prolific brands such as Rolex.
Transactional experience is paramount as this isn't some off-the-street purchase using crude language or broken grammar.
