โ โ โ โ โ Good apartment with strategic location. A little complicated area as there are 3 look a like apartment here and many cars park at the road side causing massive traffic during peak hours.

โ โ โ โ โ Security is okay. So I am okay with security overall. There is some issue to highlight for improvement. Have two lifts but only one operate. Thus, it will take time for those who is living at the highest floor. Door lift also not in very good condition. Too fast to close so the safety of the lift is very very low. I think can get NCR if go to audit. And last one, if you want to move in or out some furniture, you need to pay and register at management. The payment will be refund except for certain amount. For this one, I really disagree due to payment will not be 100% refund to the payer. If there is any T&C like during move in or out the furniture, the lift, road, building or anything that is affect to the public uses is broken, then the payment will not be 100% refund is okay. But there is no such thing of T&C. It is quite unfair for residence and I think the management should rethink and plan for better improvement. Disclaimer : This is all based on my observation and opinion.
