โ โ โ โ โ The waiting area of this dental clinic itself does not feel and smell like one. Got my scaling and wisdom tooth extraction here by Dr Tey and I felt I was well taken care off! Nurses will call to follow up on your visit and remember to make your bookings well in advance. Fret not, a reminder will be sent too.

โ โ โ โ โ We absolutely love Dr Tan Xin Yi. I love her, my kids love her. Very gentle with kids, explains treatment and solutions in detail, do not force you into any treatment. Very comfortable experience. Highly recommended!!

โ โ โ โ โ I am not a fan of dentist. I always resent going to dentist even the thought of needing to visit one will cause fear running deep in me ?. Recently I had no choice as I was suffering from a terrible toothache for almost 2 weeks. Took triple dose of pain killers, I even applied ointment on my right side cheek, chin l, jaw up my right side forehead trying to subside the pain. Couldn't sleep the whole night. As such I was forced to visit this clinic after my hubby browse through reading the reviews shared. He convinced me that this is the best choice.
With fear running through my veins, I agreed as the pain was unbearable. Arriving at the clinic I was greeted by nurse on duty. Told her that my initial appointment is at 9pm but I couldn't succumb to the pain anymore and came in the morning. Dr Wong was on duty and I was ushered to the surgery room for him to treat my toothache pain.
Dr Wong was very friendly and courteous, attended to me patiently looking at my gums which according to him wad badly swollen. He was surprised that I could bear that kind of pain for almost 2 weeks ! I was suffered abscess tooth?. He briefed on the treatment that was needed to cure my pain. Despite the pain and fear, the procedure went on well. Dr Wong was so gentle attending to me and explained in details along the way.
After about 45 mins I was much better - no more pain. Already did Root Canal Treatment that I always fear of when reading about it on the net. Thank you Dr Wong for the great services rendered in treating my pain & most importantly my fear of dentist! ???

โ โ โ โ โ I've been to other dental clinics around Subang Jaya and by far this is the best dental clinic in town. The staff and doctors are very friendly and professional. The waiting area is very comfortable. Even the working area is comfortable as well and not cramped, unlike the other clinics that I've been to.

โ โ โ โ โ My family has experienced 3 of the dentists here, and our experience has been fantastic. The admin staff are great too - friendly, helpful, and always keeping in contact to remind us or things, and/or following up on things. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a nightmare my teeth suddenly fallout after more than 10 yr not going to a dentist due to trauma.. read the reviews here Dr Lesley name was mentioned a lot. I requested for her, indeed Dr Lesley did the procedure as painless possible. I did the root canal treatment here. She would frequently check during the procedure if you're feeling pain. To be honest, I think my condition is pretty horrible, but the process felt like 1/10 for pain almost no pain.
I feel grateful, I believe all the dentist here are great too & nurse are all friendly.
The clinic is clean & cozy too.
I also brought my mom here. She felt the treatment done here was good too.
The only cons I could think is the place is located upstairs 1 floor, might not be for disabled friendly.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there to extract my wisdom teeth for the first time, was terrified because 1 of it had to be surgically removed. But Dr Lesley spend extra amount of time explaining the procedure, expectations, and post surgical management in details. The procedure was painless, and was not as scary as I anticipated. The nurse whom discharged me spent extra time explaining the medications and how to manage bleeding in details too. I'm so lucky to experience my first wisdom teeth extraction in my life, something I thought was super pain and scary in Primecare Dental Clinic. The price is very reasonable for somewhere with good service and comfortable environment. Appointments had to be made beforehand so the waiting time will be shorter. I made an appointment, but I arrived earlier, waiting time was less than 15 minutes. It was a good experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Went for minor dental surgery (wisdom tooth extraction surgery) by Dr. Shu Mei. 10am reached clinic, taken antibiotic and pain killer at 10:15am. Dr numb my gum with injection. She explained the surgery process briefly and start the surgery, whole process taken about an hour. Dr keep checking me whether got pain during the process , made me feeling relieve. The whole process is not painful. Had a pleasant experience. Price is reasonable too. Recommended!
