Place order and paid on Tuesday, then today is end of Friday, nothing reached.
Misleading description, please include the delivery days into the website.
I need this urgently. If I knew it will take 1 week, I will go for other option and not wait for this, now I don't have time for local shop to print it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid dealing with Ms.T@n , she may sound very experienced and look senior enough but actually very new to the business. Giving wrong price, I quoted customer and get the PO, but she said sorry can't cope with the production , didn't want to admit wrong price quoted and try to argue when we met in office, pushed me to deal 'her Manager' handling the production, and he is good and sincere, told me production has no problem ,only the price wrongly quoted. At the end customer cancel order when I requoted ,Can't believe she can be the so call ' Manager'. I think the production Manager can be a better Sales Manager., she is not even fit for a Sales person.
