★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both makeup and hairdo was great; it was simple enough and I thought it suited my style/request well.
Had Elaine as my MUA; I found her professional as she follows up on the appointment and gives updates on her ETA.
Skill wise, she does things quickly and had a good idea on what kind of style I was looking for.
Overall, I would recommend this company. They also managed to accommodate my request 2 weeks before my appointment date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional make up artist studio and a good manager to handle arrangements between make up artists and customers even though we engaged them last minute.
All of them were very accommodating including doing self-test that we provided and were very punctual.
They also listened to us when it came to making sure our make up requests were fulfilled i.e. natural and not too bright.
Overall good experience and will recommend again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms. Elaine is an excellent make-up artist. Loved her work. She made me look seamless, especially the eye area. Good dark spots coverage and the eye shadow shades were stunning. I didn't even need the artificial eyelashes. She made me look very elegant. Thank you Ms. Elaine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here I wanna give my honest reviews regarding about the makeup and hairdo that done by Clara for me on mine special day??.. The makeup was truly amazing!!! She is super sweet, funny and very talented.. She did my makeup and hairdo for my graduation guess what it came out way better that I could've ever imagined!? Anytime I will need to get my makeup done in the future, I'm without a doubt going to her❣️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a dinner makeup from Clara, and she was really the best I could ask for. She made me look so pretty that night and everyone thought so too! She was really gentle and she kept asking and checking to know if I'm comfortable and feeling okay. She rushed over to my home despite the crazy flooding and rain in KL yesterday. She was really skillful too and was great with hair styling. Thank you pro makeup for having great talents with you!

I was juggling between makeup and baby and she was so patient with me. As a postpartum mother I really needed good hairdo n makeup and she made me look so nice. Overall very satisfied with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their service for the first time for getting ready to go to the gala dinner. I used to do my make up by myself, and drove to nearby hairdresser to get my hair done. But this is so much easier, saved a lot of time. After appointment has been confirmed, I was asked quite a few questions, what is the occasion, a photo of my dress, some ideas of hairdo, plus my photo before make up and hair length etc. Really professional and the make up artist listened my request, as I wanted to look natural, not too much transformation but look special enough for the occasion. Thank you.
