β β β β β Went to Prophysio due nagging pain from an old ankle sprain injury. Did 4 session with them encompassing heat, ultrasound, massage, and electrical muscle stimulation treatment. On top of that daily exercise was given to do at home with progressive intensity every week. All in all after 4 session, I have better range of motion and stability on my injured leg. Highly recommended!
