★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and spacious waiting area. Beverage provided. Limited visibility to the service bay. Service so far is good, no issues with problems fixed. However, service agent takes too long to respond to whatsapp messages and takes too long to reply to questions or booking enquiry. So, best way is to call if it's urgent. Saturdays are usually fully booked. So make appointment early. During registration of service, I noticed they take very long time to process each request. Not fully experienced with proton system probably. RM30 will be charged for inspection of any problems. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible management, keeps giving me (as customer) unclear instructions on maintenance update. I kept sending my car here over and over but they can never solve the issue. Who hired these staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable especially if you are waiting for hours for your car to be serviced. Equipped with fast internet and also a coffee machine, you will not be bored here. The service centre is the newest Proton service centre in Kangar and also Perlis. It is also served as a sale office for Proton. The queue to service your car is long here so you have to book the session early perhaps a week or earlier, thus not to be frustrated for your call to be rejected.
