★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales reps were friendly and accommodating to me n my family, they could improve their children playground though, their workstations were wide and spacious, see-through glass doors for customers to see through, ample comfortable seats for customers too, definitely for Proton cars customers mate! Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emm i am a very highly rated reviewer in google.. I rarely give lower than 4 stars.. But this time i think 2 stars are more than generous compared to anything that i ve experienced.. I came here to service my car..
1. The place is big but underutilized..
2. There are a lot of spots for servicing car but let down by lacking of technician..
3. My wife already asked whether the tyre rotation service is done or not.. They said yes.. But then when i asked them to do, they advised me to do it at the workshop..
4. The way they entertain me is just so-so
5. Asked me to come before 10am, but it took until 2pm before my key is returned
Luckily there is a milo / nescafe and teh tarik machine there.. I enjoyed all 3 drinks while waiting like a statue.. And this drink machine + some biscuits justify my 2 stars rating..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the time flies, the service is no more up to expectation. Early bird left unattended. Only when enquired, passing the baton game started and just then things move. Some just give their car keys and get their service at prompt. Service is no more professional as before.

I have tried for walk in, unfortunately the staff told me the queue are fully ...I think the second time could pass as before ?
