Last 2 years, the wer supposed to order other spare part for me, end up still waiting.
For normal service, it is good. But others, dont even come here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to book in advance if you want to service your proton car. Can just book by calling their number. While waiting have free food and drinks. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not helpful at all ! Whats the point of stating the operation time if you cannot deliver as stated?
My car (under warranty) having loud weird noises coming from the rear brake while traveling at Balakong area, due to safety concern, i quickly search nearby and found this service center nearby, arrive at 4:30pm, understand they closing at 5pm thus any further repair is impossible. request the service team to at least help to check what going on to the brake system, the service advisor did tried to bring the car to service bay but the entire team of technician refuse the work and continue resting aside. Service advisor was then told me they are unable to help me further due to closing (at the time of 4:40pm)advised to come Monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to service my car here last month, the technician was not helpful, unclear with what customer wants. End up wasting customer services experience, please improve on your problem solution when advising customer! And late delivery of servicing as promised

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I was rushed to collect a defective brand new car. The 360 degree camera was not functioning and they delivered the car to me anyway. When I found out about the problem, nobody could give me any proper feedback. It has been more than 1.5 months and the problem still has not been resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When asked how long will it take, they said they do not know...so i sat there from 8.40am to 11am... that's 2 hours plus that I won't get back...
if i had known earlier, I would've went to The Mines, or ordered coffee and some sandwiches on Grabfood...
Anyways, the place is air conditioned, got free unlimited hot drinks, and of course washroom...seats are comfortable...designated smoking area outside...
so i still give you guys 5 stars...

Service Centre however not up to par.
I was scheduled for the earliest appointment slot of the day and I came 15min before. But waited near 3 hours for my car to get serviced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 29/4 for 1000km service and 28/4 my car break down on the road. I called this branch and agreed me to send my car on the spot to your branch. After I towing the car came to your branch and the service guy said today only for service, Not for checking and told me checking and repair take 3month times. Super terrible!! So u expect customer drive the breakdown car back home or towing back home? Then i refuse to service at this branch, so I park my car at roadside overnight and tomorrow morning I come and towing my car again to others service centre to service.They Only take 3hours time finish service and fix break down problem. Oh ya your branch seriously need 3month?Thanks for giving me bad day! I will complaint to your HQ. TQ
