β β β β β A comfortable place to service your car. The staffs are well trained and willing to fulfill your demand as long as it is suitable. Very clean and the temp is appropriate. Your car can be seen from the waiting place and you can watch it there and then if u feel like it.

β β β β β bad service. Car was towed to here due to car accident and wait for insurance claim. No feedback from anyone from the claim service center at all. Waited so long just to change the bumper, also no feedback at all. Parts also takes forever to be received.

β β β β β Every bad experience. I bought saga 1.3 for my brother and planned to collect the car on 29/11/2020 and informed the sales person 3days in advance. On the day of collection there are obvious defect/disappointment ( passenger door rubber dent/fold, back number plate half peel off,side mirror glue marks,car not washed properly, sand inside back seat). All the above is very obvious and able to be detect before handling the car to customer. So, I do don't collect the car and requested it on the next day. As planned, I collect the car on 30/11/2020. Seems the problem that I told been rectified. So I sign the paper and drive the car back to my home, but while driving there is obvious vibrating sound from the back seat to the boot. I bring back the car to showroom and called sales person, he said this need to be handle by the service team. Than after 45 minutes they did some adjustments and the sound is gone. And they ask me to bring back if the noise is back. My frustration is :
1. Why the sales team before handle to customer not inspect the basic of the car, which a customer can detect just by looking or driving under 2 minutes
2. Why this car is not consider as new car and handle by the sales team instead just ask me to go to the service team .
3. Do proton after sales still not change .
The only good part is the service team technician which handle my case is very good and understand my situation. For him I give 5 star.
I hope I won't much regret on my decision.
