★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospitality, nice place to have your car serviced. In the morning, they served complimentary nasi lemak and hot beverage. I had customized service for my saga 2019 cvt gearbox at 30000km interval instead of recommended 60000km. as a Proton staff, i enjoyed 5% discount! For walk-in, i suggest to go on Monday morning, as not as pack as the other days, however they will always put appointment first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what an amazing place to service your car, they are so friendly to u, they have coffe and some snack in case is your hungry they got everything I need there, they provide a free sanitary service to your car after the car has been serviced, in case if u wanted to change something on your car or If u want to check if everything is ok with your car they will charge RM 30 which is so cheap for reviewing the whole car and if I wanted to change something they will let u know if u want to change there or somewhere else, they will give u a letter saying what is wrong with your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuince trusted Proton car service in Tanjong Malim town.. nice customer service, clean place, had a waiting place for customer with free little meal.. had several proton car tester too.. the service proton car here a little bit pricy compare to local workshop car..

1.Taking 3 hours to complete service.
2. Car having problem with opening bonet. Hv to come back and mechanic gave 2 days to repair.
3. No more breakfast provided as before. Of course I am muslim but no for non muslim too.
4. Cars are many but service bay only operate about 3/4
5. The management should look into hospitality. Miss V and others in frontliner should be more professional in handling customer. Words, body language and face expression should be in proper manner. Only the sales person asisting is good.
6. Overall Perodua is good in producing high tech car but the mechanic and workers are not ready in solving immediate defact including explanation and relaying it to customer.
