I think one of the best Proton Service Centre here at Ipoh. Good service, will inform u if got any delay, the staff were friendly. Thumbs up.

service was ok if not because they broke all 4 of my car ignition coil. They said, the rubber are worn. But I have asked 3 outside foreman and it should not happen unless force pull out and it's not one but all 4!! Worse, I ask SC, they said it's safe to drive. Before I sent in, the car was topnotch, but after repair from SC, the car jerks like horse riding. This is really bad.

Giving it two stars for the customer service over the phone. They kept my car for over two weeks because they had to order a spare part from KL. So for two weeks, I had to take a Grab. Now over to their poor customer service. They answered my call like I am their "old friend". Like they went "hah?" when they didn't hear me saying. When they ask for my car plate number, I would responded slowly, "Penang Malaysia Bangkok" which stands for "PMB". The girl couldn't get the last letter for three days in a row I called the service center. They would also transfer the call to their technician and whenever they do that, the technician would ask me for my car plate number...AGAIN. Two days before I could take my car, this happens – they transfer my call for FOUR TIMES and each one of them would ask for my car number and the last two, were asking what can they do to help. Are you serious?!! I had to repeat it over and over again the plate number and the problems I have with my car, as if I am an answering machine. First answer was the desk girl, then she left to call someone, then another girl comes in, then a guy (?) and then the technician. What fuels me up was that, I'm already disappointed and fed up as they kept my car for more than TWO WEEKS. This is RIDICULOUS. Why don't they jot it down somewhere on a note or something, so that customers DO NOT NEED TO REPEAT their information over and over again?! Is it so hard? Where's the manager!

Poor customer services by the service advisor. There was no other customers waiting in the waiting lounge during my visit to the workshop service centre. I had called up ahead earlier to request for a car service and was advised to just bring in my car to the service centre. There was 3 customer service advisors on duty but 2 were not at their service work stations when I arrived. Only one service advisor was at the work station After stating my request for car servicing, the 1st service advisor kept doing what she was trying to do when I interrupted. She was looking at a piece of paper and attempting to key-in some data into her PC terminal. While waiting to be served, I subsequently noted one other service advisor (2nd service advisor) was standing by the vending machine, in the customer waiting lounge area, talking to another staff. She came by to sit at her work station, but didn't offer to give any attention to my car service request. She assumed that the person next to her (1st service advisor) would be attending to my service request. But she was still occupied with her task of keying in some thing onto her keyboard. I noted that there was a 3rd service advisor, who came by much later to her work station for a few minutes, and then went off after a short while. However, despite very low customers (low traffic) and sufficient services staff, I was still kept waiting for about 20 plus minutes before being attended to by a service advisor. Similarly, once the car service was completed, a cleaning staff came to informed me that my vehicle was completed, despite the fact that I had provided my mobile phone contact number, upon handing in of my car and car key for service. I was again made to wait another 20 plus minutes by I was being served. Because the service advisor who handled my car earlier was again busy. This time she was being occupied by another party (possibly another customer making a general inquiry). But from their conversation which I couldn't help but overhead, their conversation was not related to this other customer's car collection or handing in his vehicle for servicing. The 3rd other service advisor were not at her work stations at this time, but the 2nd service advisor was sitting idly close by.

I have no idea why i made booking slot and appointment at 10am because i was only attended at 11.30am. Only then, they registered my car and took the key. So tell me, what's the purpose of the booking slot? They have few front desk but not all of them are attending the customers. They are just passing around the job. Well, saw all this scenarios bcs i was there for abt 6 hrs. The mechanic passed my key to the front desk for quite some time but none of them called me to inform. And i was just right there. The payment method are also lame and slow. Printer not working , email not working. So many problems!! I have explained my car's issue to them and It just the same aft the service. This is my first and last time servicing my car here. Unsatisfied.

Lambat. Basuh kereta pun sejam lebih. Just a routine minor service took almost 4 hours. Very bad. Definitely won’t come here again.
