★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been to other service center to give a proper comparison. But so far, the center had gave a satissfying service to me. However, I do think the customer service need to improve. The staff are not so friendly and helpful in providing customers explanation on the repair/replacement part that need to be done. other than that, I would recommend this place for their service quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask some stuff regarding spare part but the receptionist is quite rude. Didn’t let the client finish talking but instead, she interrupted and left the phone call hanging for quite a while. Have some patience or maybe you can change your job, if you think answering call is too burdensome. Thank you & good day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have appreciate if they did a thorough and clear explanation on what is necessary and whats not necessary to change the spare parts for the service. Honestly i dont know much about cars and was shocked that the service cost was so expensive (two times of what i usually pay) They explained because the previous service was free and now i need to pay for labour charges as well and i just agreed because it made sense?? But later i found out that they even changed those parts where it wasnt really necessary to change (which could have cut down the cost). I just felt like they took advantage of me since i dont really know much about cars. Lesson learnt and i wont come back here for my next service again :)

Building quite old. Need to do some refurbish and painting job.
Toilet need total makeover.
However, its convenience to settle what you want to do here.
Sales team need to brush up the selling skills and market your product.
Service team are good. However, need to do some major improvements too.
