โ โ โ โ โ I come to service my car. Its estimated around 2-3 hours for regular service. You can wait and designated place or you can leave and come back after done. Comfortable waiting place with wifi, tv available and water/coffee machine for quench your thirst.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst service ever from Proton. Keep saying there is no stock for front windscreen for about 2 months since the car was sent to the workshop. The model of the car is released 2021. Is it logic to say that there is no stock for windscreen for that model of car for the whole Proton company? Is it Proton would like to produce other new car for that model without windscreen? Do u know that it will take customer into trouble if he/she only has that car for his/her family? The same reply was given by the service centre even the headquarters of Proton after much much complaining. "We will try our best to get the windscreen", then become silent again and again. Speechless...

โ โ โ โ โ For me, the staff is very humbe and professional when i took my car for my first service. They explain end to end and also waiting area is equip with coffee machine and some kueh2 plus the area is spacious for our social distancing.
