โ โ โ โ โ Very very bad service, request for fully synthetic engine oil, they use semi-synthetic engine oil instead. Not once, they still using this tactic to everyone. My dad and I have experienced this. You think people got time to go service their car for every 3 months? So you think you can get more labor charge by doing this? Do not service your Proton in here, please go to another Proton outlets. Dishonest service advisor don't deserve to serve customer.

With free coffee, free wifi, spacious waiting area..there's none i could ask for more...the mechanics and seller also knowledgeable and know what they're doing. Even though i live in kuantan, i prefer take on leave and come here. Thank you Harima!

โ โ โ โ โ Your service did not meet my expectation. Just bought a new car less than 1 month, already got problem. And now it is already 3 months awaiting for that spare part. When I called to them, they said they will call me back. Multiple times calling, no update at all. This is for customer's safety. Thanks in advanced
