โ โ โ โ โ Friendly and efficient service. Did major service starts at 10am job completed at 2pm. Have cozy waiting room with charging plugs to do some work or relax. Also have prayer room. Can see your car serviced from top.

โ โ โ โ โ I called the mobile number many times. No one picked up my calls. No one call back. This is even before I want to bring my car there for service to try them out. Don't buy Proton cars.
The after sales service sucks! The service center E&M Tenaga Bandar Bukit Puchong is worse! Minor door spare parts NOT replaced after 2 years

โ โ โ โ โ Did 2nd service of X50 here today despite not buying the car from them. I guess this service centre could very well set the benchmark for all Proton service centres with service surpassing a 4S. Thank you Ms Paris who saw through the booking (via WhatsApp) and Yang the service advisor for their professionalism.

Note: Got a in house cafeteria. But need to pay for every foods/ meals there while waiting for the car finish servicing. No special free services (i.e. transportation) to nearest place if the car need to put there for servicing. Need to call GRAB. No free car washing.

โ โ โ โ โ Well Done n Keep It Up Proton LesyDear (3S) Svc Centre Kinrara for the courteous and very efficient service rendered at your centre. Upon meeting with Ms Paris at the Reception counter I was immediately referred to Mr.Yang of Maintenance Dept where he registered my car details and review my issues.
He then went out with me to check the car and then told me the est.time taken to rectify these issues.
And directed me to their Cafe at Lvl.3 to rest and relax or to have bfast. It was a nice and comfortable cafe with good n tasty foods to have your treats.
The car issues were rectified earlier and much earlier arnd.1hr 45 mins all issues resolved. My Power Window motor was under warranty and they replaced it plus re-setting my auto lock of the car when the car is in motion.
Good job I must say overall service was good n courteous plus the very comfy atmosphere at the cafe.
Thk you to my Sales Advisor Mr Azmi Irawan for introducing me to this centre.

โ โ โ โ โ Definitely the best experienced and passioned staff Ms. Stephanie from explaining A-Z since i step in the sales gallery. She willing to assist in every procedure until Iโm able to get my car within 1.5 month?? (initially can get earlier within 3 weeks but Iโm not ready my car plate yet)?

โ โ โ โ โ I have been using Proton since 2013. Inspira from 2013 to 2020. X70 from 2020 till today.
What I can say is, this is the best Proton Service Centre that I have visited. 3S but perform way better than some of 4S centre.
Very detailed info from Paris about my service schedule, what to bring etc, sent me Waze & Google Map location of their premise through WhatsApp. Also SMS reminder as well. Very systematic.
The Service Advisor Ikhwan also very kind & polite. He explained from A to Z about the service process.
Would like to service here again next time. Even though I am from Rompin Pahang.
