★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment and ask for a quotation . Had to go to the service centre TWICE. First in the morning , they said the svc bay was fully booked so they rejected me even i ask for simple minor servce. Later, they ask me to come again in the afternoon. So i did go in the afternoon, BUT they instead forced me to carry out service total of RM500 for 40k. When ask to only carry out minor service (replaced engine oil, filter) due to limited time that I have, the service advisor forced us to change all items. Or they wont carry out service. Waa langsi . As long as i service my car in time it shouldnt be a problem and if power steering fluid and brake fluid still can be use why do I have to change it. And yes, i wil change it but bcoz im run out of time I have to carry out minor service only. I GOT NO TIME.. And my mileage has exceed more than it should so that's why I want to service NOW or else my Warranty will be void.
Why other brands can carry out minor service but not PROTON ??? What is wrong with the female SA ? it's not hard to listen to ur customer ! Do you want to be responsible if my warranty void ????
