★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only come here you dont have any other option. One of the worst proton service centre i have ever experienced. The customer service is very poor. Slow paced staffs. Been here twice but there were no much improvement noticed. Hope proton HQ can relook this centre and provide sufficient trainings.

The ambience of the whole setUp, the user friendly waiting room with its automated drinks & snacks machines, the hospitality of staff, is just Great.
Do try it out.
U wont regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made appointment for routine minor service at 9.15am. I arrived early on time. But the service only finished at 3.30pm. I never experienced such slow service at any service centre previously. This will be the first and last time i send my car here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service ever. rude, not picking up the phone, won't reply any whatsapp message. I have problem with my fuel tank cause of leaking, want to claim under warranty but they are not answering any phone calls and whatsapp. been here twice and its a nightmare. my window is not function properly and brought it there but nothing ever changed. my window still very hard to close and stuck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A LOT OF FAKE REVIEWS by themselves. Despite being a regular customer who visit this outlet for service often, I did not have good experience dealing with some personnel there. When you first walk into the center, there's this guy who take your service book, he always try to 'manage' you by giving you unrealistic timeline such as you need to leave your car here for 3 days for any checking (it takes me a day or less in other center to have same issue resolved). Then, the lady who collect payment is always unfriendly. Overall it's a poor customer service and I'll not visit this outlet again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a booking with them early on for a routine servicing, they scheduled it for 8:45am Saturday 23rd. On the 21st we messaged them to inform that we would not be able to make it for the morning session due to personal matters and asked to change the booking for afternoon instead. The person insisted that the booking does not need to be changed and I just need to arrive before 3pm. We arrived at 2:15pm and the lady at the counter seemed confused and said "Your appointment was for 8:45am?", I informed her what happened and she told me to wait and they'll call for me when they're done. We waited half an hour before their representative came and told us there were a lot of customers and that we had to come back another day. We do not live nearby and it's a hassle coming over, and no one likes their time being wasted. This could have been avoided if you sent us a message saying so, that you had a lot of customers and will not be able to assist us and to re-schedule. We informed you early on in our change of plans to not trouble you, we would have appreciated if you could do the same for others.
