Sales person got the brains to ask you whether you as a customer wants to test drive.
Better bring your money to another outlet.
Zero customer service.

Well, we wanted to go home from Melaka. We'd problem with our car and came here to get it repaired. The technicians willingly assisted though they were probably busy with already booked works. Thankfully it was just a small matter (for them)

I've update my ratings to 2 stars for my newest servicing experience.
I have no issue with the receptionist and front desk staff. Friendly and good manner as usual.
The cause of the 2 stars is below:
1. Oil leakage for 2 days straight after service. Probably will see the leakage on day 3 as well.?
2. Doing warranty service for the manufacturing paint defect on door edge, afterwards they did not install the parts and rubber back correctly.?
3. Paint smudge on the plastic cover near the paint job.?
Because of this, I need to go back the service centre and have all the problem fixed.?
Waste my time and affect my business as I need to at least close for half day due to the 4S service center is quite a distant from my area.

First time doing servicing for my Proton X50 1K mark in this place. Below are my experience:
If you've never been here before, please take note that there's 2 section of the customer service on the same room.
One is for insurance and one is for servicing and maintenance.
And my advise is straight walk to the nearest counter and let them know your purpose.
As I didn't know first-hand the counter difference, I sit at the insurance side and wasted my time waiting (because in my mind there's people lining up there so my normal instinct will be doing the same and wait for my turn).
This need some improvement like asking walk-in customer their purpose and direct them to the correct counter. Hence no full 5 stars from me.
Fortunately, the silver lining here is the staff is friendly, so no complaint there. Otherwise, it will be 2~3 stars already.

โ โ โ โ โ Dealing with this dealership was nothing short of satisfactory. They were very responsive with my requests. Got the repair done within the timeframe. And they were also very polite. I would also like to highlight that they manage to get my car's tail light ready stock within a week as compared to other branches and had a fairly reasonable quotation which to be honest, I was quoted higher in other branches. Kudos to the salesman (forgot to take his name) for his attentiveness and hospitality. Definitely coming back here for my service in the future.
