Good service. Difficult to get Petronas engine oil. Twice and no stock. Offers higher priced Castrol. Overall good place to service vehicle. There's even Nasi lemak!

I dont know how to spell her name like Tarani or Tharani i cant remember (india girl) , she wasting my time , busy with their phone and ignore customer for a while . not serve customer well . please serve customer first . it is not my first time but many time . if she serve me i feel like ohh gosh she again . everything ok i really2 recommended but customer service sorry to said that . hope ur company can improve it. because i like ur service on my car

Went for my 50,000km service today (30/10/2021). All the while I am using fully synthetic engine oil since I bought my car and the staff told me that fully synthetic oil is out of stock. Had no choice but to change to semi synthetic engine oil. That's is already disappointing. After service and got my car back to drive back home, left the service centre not even 1km away I realized my air cond is not functioning where the air blew out wasn't cold at all. Returned back the the service centre and they checked for me. The mechanic told me that he opened the fuse box realizing there is no air cond fuse attached so he took the spare fuse and connect. The problem is, air cond service is not covered in this 50,000km service and how the fuse went missing. Your staff told me that they didn't touch the fuse box. So you are indirectly telling me that I'm the one who dismantled the fuse and make you all to check for this issue? Ain't nobody got time for that. If your staff told me that the fuse was damaged then it is reasonable. But how on earth the fuse went missing? The fuse has legs to run away when your staff is servicing my car? Please improve your service. Anyway, I'm not coming back to this centre for car service anymore. Will opt for the other 4S proton service centre in kulim. Regards.

I came here for service. The staff here very slow when doing things. I wait here around 30minit just to pay and the centre no other customer waiting to pay or service. In fact the other advisor cannot help on behalf.

Apply proton from here. At first I'm satisfied but then I realized no useful free gifts. I got an umbrella but broken can't be used even once. Advisor didn't explain thoroughly, clearly. I am sigh like seriously

Very good sales person and they are so attentive. Can test drive without booking. Very good experience.

Worse experience dealing with the sales team. Went there 3 times for a test drive but keep on saying the car still waiting for service. Come on... You're 3S center but failed to prepare the car for test drive? After complaint only I got a call asking me a date for test drive. I have no mood for test drive already. I booked a car & have been waiting for almost 4 months without any progress update. When asked, they responded that they will update after their monthly state meeting. Sadly no update at all from the team. When I asked, they told me to contact the sales person directly. I got the same answer with no progress update. Your organisation really failed in the whole supply chain process. Sorry. I've cancelled my booking.

I waited for almost 5 hours because the queue was so long. It was after raya n maybe some staffs are still on leave. Plus, there are some clients with unbooked appointments n they had to wait longer, of course. I wish they have closed rooms. The waiting lounge is open. It shares the space with customer service n everything ?
