10/10/2021 Placed my booking. SA told me that the waiting starts the day I place my booking. Double and triple confirmed with him if I need to apply my loan first and he said no need to, as my down payment will be 50% hence it’s almost impossible to fail. He said waiting period 3-6 months. At most being 6 months. 7/1/2022 No update from SA ever since pertaining on loan or the progress of the waiting list. Hence decided to text him regarding in the application on loan. He said yes we can apply loan now hence doing all the necessary. 25/1/2022 Everything pertaining on the loan and agreement had been done. LOU was dated to this date. Still being half hopeful the car will be ready soon. 18/2/2022 Texted the SA again on the update of the car. Only then he told me that the runner successfully bid my vehicle registration number. Then asked him what’s the next move and he told me he will submit all my details to Proton for them to allocate my car. 23/2/2022 Wrote in to the SA once again to ask about the progress of the waiting list. He said will be soon, as there are only 5-6 cars waiting ahead of me. 25/2/2022 Wrote in to Proton CS, not very pleasant and was told the waiting period will be 6 months from the LOU date which is 6 months from 25/1/2022. 26/3/2022 Asked SA on the status of the car (5-6 cars ahead of me makes no sense to be waiting more than a month). And he told me that there’s no allocation of vehicles from Proton, and there’s no further update on the status or progress of the car. Basically a no ending wait with no answers. Conclusion: I have waited for 6 months and all I wanted is my car to be delivered as promised. I have threatened to cancel my booking but still there’s no initiative from the company. I’ve already told the SA that I urgently needed my car and couldn’t be waiting any longer as my current car will have to be released by April. I have no other ways but to resort in a review, hoping my case will be escalated to the management and get a highlight. Because I really had no idea what’s going on now, no update and even if I ask for update it’s always “I’m not sure” or “I don’t know”. Sick and tired of this lack of proper communication.

9 May 2022. So far so good with this SC. Had the Check Engine light on my X70. The center was packed with customers but they still managed to solve my issue in about 1 hour even without my setting an appointment. Keep up the good work, guys

Brought my car for the first time service here. Overall experience is superb! Staffs and security are very polite and helpful. Comfortable waiting area while waiting your car. Definitely will come back for subsequent service at this branch. Keep it up! ?

Would be the last time have my car service at this branch. On the first service, the technician forgot to put in a spare part in the rear side window, I had to drive back on a separate day to have them fix it. How could that happen? On the second service, was told the service would be 2 hours but have waited for more than 4 hours from 9am to 2pm. If you are lack of manpower please do not open for appointment. The whole reason of appointment system is to optimize the process to the effective and efficient manner.

Excellent service! The staffs are friendly, knowledgeable and the centre itself clean. They have free food as light treats with hot drinks/water. I can even work here while waiting for my car to be ready. For those who love coffee, the place has its own cafe now that sells starbucks coffee. My second time here for service and satisfied!

I booked normal service very early 3 weeks and on time , and waited 30 mins with the answer still got customer front of me? What’s the booking for ? If people know the booking for a convenient when only limited time to wait. I go for Honda or Toyota service and they get the meaning of booking service. Ps. Very first customer in the list.

Complete the first time service here. Overall experience is good. Security and SA is helpful. I was asked if coffee and tea is needed while sitting at waiting area. Keep up the service. Will be back soon for the next service !?

Sent my car for service to this centre for the first time today. Had such a pleasant experience overall. The servicing staff and attendants were really friendly and helpful. Booking was made via call and was easy to deal with. The car was also cleaned. And best of all there were no dodgy things and everything was very transparent. Will definitely come back here for my next service. TQ again
