★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to take a moment to my recent experience at puncak merak sdn bhd. As u can see i gave it 5 stars.This was very smooth process from beginning to end eventhough its was mco order 2.0.They stopped the automobile manufacturing. In this time im really very thankful and give high praise to Mr.Anand. Not only he was extremely genuine and gentleman to boot but also a true professional. I walk in to puncak merak with my wife on march 2022 intend on leaving with a new vehicle,but the more time i spent to talking with Mr.Anand about my situation at that time the more inclined i became.His knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that i encountered at local dealership. His aproach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all.after i purchased the proton saga car there was movement control order 2.0 started. There is no production of automobile but Mr. Anand is helped me a lot keep on updating the status to me and also guide me.im so happy to deal with Mr. Anand. Thank you once again.

He portrayed super customer service skills and his indept knowledge on Proton cars is really amazing.
He was able to convince me and my family to get a X70 easily.
He thought me how to drive an SUV and diligently explained the technology and the systems embedded in the X70.
I was extremely impressed with Puncak Merak showroom which had a inviting ambience.
Clean surroundings, lighting was adequate and refreshments served was good.
Kudos to the management team led by Evelyn Siew.
My X70 booking, loan arrangement and the delivery was seamless.
Happy New Year, especially to Anand, who managed to deliver my X70 on 1st January 2022.
Apa lagi Enjoyyyyy lah!!!

I was given a free one hour class on how to operate the functions of this car just before I collected it.
Between it's been 8 months since I purchased he keeps in touch and reminds me of the car services, upcoming insurance and road tax. Very good after sales service. Unlike most salesperson does not keep in touch after purchase but he does the extra mile. Thank you Mr Anand?
