Arrived 10am.
1st they said it only took 1hr..
After that before 1pm..
Then 12.30pm my car still not touched.
Finish at 1.30pm.
What the fish?
* but waiting room is quite comfortable
Watching 2 movie while wating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service from this service centre. Send my car for service at 9.30 am (appointment). Initially the said it will be around 2 hours before I can pick up my car. But the service still not completed when I come at 2pm. The staff ask me to wait for another 1 hour at the waiting area. More than 5 hours for car service?? What is the point of making appointment if I end up need to wait the whole day ? When I asked why took so long to complete it, they gave excuses of having a few cars before my turn. This is unreasonable and unacceptable. Regardless of how many cars you have on that day, you already ask customer to make appointment so why you cannot follow the turn accordingly. Don’t simply book appointment when customer call when you cannot even do it properly, Totally nonsense. Very disappointed and wasting my time. Never experience this bad at any other proton service centre.
