Tempat selesa dan siap basuh kan kereta juga ..
yg Komen tak jumpa atau Salah pin tu mungkin Jalan nk masuk tu agak mengelirukan ..
kena masuk Jalan betul2 lepas Petronas, kalau terlepas Jalan tu mmg tak jumpa la ..
1st service here, fine ...
Comfortable place and ready to wash the car too ..
The comment was not found or the wrong pin may be the way to enter is a bit confusing ..
have to enter the road right after Petronas, if you miss the road you won't find it ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nombor telefon tu memang buat hiasan je ke? Syarat aje ye? Rasanya kalau Call sampai mati pun tak angkat. Service centre yg paling dekat dengan rumah tapi so far, bebal betul nak angkat telefon tu adoii...
Is that phone number a decoration? What are the requirements? It seems that even if Call dies, he won't lift it. The service center that is closest to home, but so far, it's really stupid to pick up the phone ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is 3S Auto Centre for Proton cars. New cars show and Proton Service centre under one roof.
The service centre provide good service to Proton cars still under warranty.
For the recent car service schedule, I encountered much difficulties to secure a booking date. This happens because the main telephone system seems to be no one manning. Tried few times for 3 days till no one picked up at Service Devision (no. 3).Tried to connect to HR & Admin (no. 2) to make enquiry. Unfortunately, no one answered the call.
Called direct to Service Division Number, and no one answered the call too.
Finally, after 3 days, I went personally to Rahman Brothers Service Centre and made booking date for my car service.
Made enquiries from the Customer Service staff at Service Centre about the difficulties I faced to contact via phone. Staff seems to be reluctant to tell the real reason or actual story. Instead, gave me a WhatsApp number to make booking for service next time.
I don't understand why 3S Proton Centre under Rahman Brothers having telephone network issue.
On the day of my car service appointment, the customer service staff at service centre was prompt and car was serviced. The service was satisfactory.
I tried again the main line to Rahman Brothers and still not functioning. Machine answered the call and connect to the extension. However, no one answers.

Sales - I dealt with Sales Advisor Mr Shafuan for my next car, X50 flagship. From the test driving experience and until loan processing, all are smooth and hassle free. So now i just wait for my car to be ready to pick up.
Service - Since my new car will be delivered from this dealer, I sent my car to this service center just to have the experience. So far, I can say that, they serviced my car as what the service schedule is. No extra service, no topup here and there. I also granted a free meal and drink voucher to be used at their cafe. The service advisor also explained what they had done to my car (since I asked him to check sth) when receiving the car.
